- VRISP: A Vectorized Open-Source Simulator for Efficient Neuromorphic Computing, by Jackson Mowry and James S. Plank.

Katie Schuman also gave an invited talk entitled, "The Neuromorphic Commons (THOR): Developing a Neuromorphic Hub for USA Ecosystem for Research, Infrastructure and Collaboration."
